Commenting System

As a community website we personally think it’s important to have a good discussion/commenting system where people can comment and leave their thoughts and opinions about the content they are reading here on ArchiveCraft. So we have added just that. You can now comment on any page and or post. At the moment our comment system is fairly new and in work in progress but we are pretty happy how it looks for now. Anyone can comment, you do not require an account but you do require to enter an e-mail adress. This email adress will only be used if you want to receive notifications if your comment has received an response, a like and or if you or following a specific comment.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
